Breath, move and connect your mind and body.
An antenatal class offering a combination of pregnancy yoga moves, active birth education, breathing techniques and the opportunity to meet other expectant mums. Suitable from 14 weeks pregnant.
Bond, move and release alongside your baby.
This class provides a lovely bonding experience for you and your baby. Featuring both gentle postnatal yoga and baby yoga, the session allows some time out to connect, relax and restore.
PRIVATE 1-1 CLASSES
Relax, stretch and calm your body and mind.
A restorative class with gentle postnatal yoga based movements and relaxation, which focuses on rebuilding core strength after pregnancy and easing common ailments and discomforts that are associated with motherhood.
All classes are available as private bookings.
This allows you the privacy of being in the comfort of your own home or online via Zoom. It also allows extra time to focus on specific requirements or particular concerns you may have.
MINDFUL BIRTH HYPNOBIRTHING
Release fear and build confidence during pregnancy and birth.
This accredited, in-depth series of workshops, will provide you with comprehensive knowledge about each stage of labour and birth as well as a range of practical hypnobirthing techniques that aim to help you to have a positive birth experience.

Welcome to Exhale Birthing and Beyond. My name is Sammy and I will personally support you and your birth partner through your entire pregnancy and birth journey. As a self-confessed birth geek, I provide a holistic approach to this sensitive and empowering time, allowing you to be in total control of each part of the process.
In 2017 I began a year long training course to become a Perinatal Educator and have been supporting women in pregnancy through to parenthood via various classes and workshops ever since. I am a qualified KG Hypnobirthing practitioner (the only hypnobirthing course to be accredited by the Royal College of Midwives) an affiliate of The Mindful Birth Group and a qualified Sally Parkes Pre/Postnatal Yoga Teacher
Society and popular culture have conditioned us to fear birth through hyper-dramatised portrayals. With an ever-growing multimedia culture, including television dramas and the media, frightening and unrealistic images of birth are everywhere we look. I believe that every parent should have the opportunity to prepare for a positive birth experience. My aim is to empower women and their birth partners to enjoy pregnancy, feel prepared and to be confident going into their birth experience regardless of how it may turnout. When the baby has arrived I offer postnatal classes that allow parents to become part of a supportive, non-judgemental community with whom they can share their experiences.
