An antenatal class offering a combination of pregnancy yoga moves and breathing techniques with the opportunity to meet other expectant mums. A class which compliments being taken alongside another traditional antenatal or hypnobirthing course perfectly. Suitable from 14 weeks pregnant.

Mindful Birth courses are for all births choices and all paths to parenthood- we are the first fully inclusive course provider that offers live support throughout pregnancy to the fourth postnatal trimester.
Hi! Welcome and thanks for checking out my page where you will find a load of info on how you can feel informed, confident, calm and physically and/or mentally prepared for birth. Whether you are feeling anxious/scared at the idea of giving birth (I totally get it, trust me because that was me) or you just want to have a better understanding of what happens during birth and the postnatal period or you simply want to prepare yourself physically for birth, I'm here for it!
I'm a certified pre and postnatal yoga teacher and Mindful Birth Group® teacher. I'm so grateful for the work I do as I get to help expectant parents prepare for a positive experience, whichever way they choose to give birth. I've been there and done it and I know first hand just how full on and overwhelming all the information 'out there' can be and my mission is to keep it simple. I teach Pregnancy yoga and birth classes face to face and the Mindful Birth Group® syllabus over zoom or in-person in Exeter, Devon either in groups or privately.
