Mum and Baby Yoga

We are returning to face to face classes! 

**Next class term starts Wednesday 5th May**


Suitable for Mums and babies 6 weeks post-birth*, this fun and relaxed bonding class can be enjoyed until babies are mobile. 


*10/12 weeks post c-section, forceps or 4th degree tear. Please do get in touch to discuss if you are unsure.


Practising yoga together encourages your baby’s natural development, as well as providing an ideal opportunity to focus on some precious time together.


The postnatal yoga moves are designed to accommodate the post-birth changes within the body and are combined with some gentle and enjoyable moves for baby.

For Mum:

  • Helps rebuild a weakened pelvic floor

  • Reduces stress levels whilst promoting emotional wellbeing

The classes are a brilliant opportunity to meet with other new mums whether this is your first or subsequent baby. You are welcome to feed/change whenever you need to keep your little one happy.
