Postnatal Yoga

This 4-week class is suitable for new mums from 6 weeks* after giving birth.


*10/12 weeks post c-section, forceps or 4th degree tear. Please do get in touch to discuss if you are unsure.


Take time out just for you, to nurture and quieten a tired and busy mind, in a safe and comfortable environment.


Benefits of Postnatal Yoga:


  • Rebuilds your core strength

  • Releases tension and stiffness often experienced in the back, neck and/or shoulders post-birth or from holding and feeding your baby 

  • Restores hormonal balance

  • Reduces depression and anxiety

  • Aids relaxation – the end of each class is dedicated to a deep relaxation exercise using a combination of mindfulness and hypnobirthing scripts

Additional Information:

These classes are for adults only and no previous yoga experience is necessary.
