This class is on offer to expectant mums from 14 weeks pregnant all the way up until your baby arrives.
Flow
Follow a range of gentle yoga moves that support your body during pregnancy and prepare for labour. Ease common pregnancy aches and discomforts
Active Birth Education
Learn about the different stages of labour and various positions to support the birthing process. Gain a better understanding of all your birth options
Breath
Learn a variety of breathing techniques to enable you to relax during pregnancy, labour and parenthood
Relax
The end of each class is dedicated to deep relaxation exercise using a combination of hypnobirthing and guided scripts
